Can I get to my things during the project?
Yes. Gate access runs 6AM to 10PM every day, including weekends. Grab a box, pull a piece of furniture back once a room is finished, or drop off more as demo moves through the house.
Can I store building materials and fixtures?
Yes — lumber, tile, cabinetry, doors, trim, light fixtures and salvaged pieces are all fine. The exceptions are flammable and hazardous materials: no paint, solvents, propane tanks or fuel of any kind.
Can my contractor access the unit?
Access is tied to your gate code, so anyone you share it with can get in. Most homeowners prefer to handle load-in themselves and keep the code private.
